Does the service work with any cell phone?

Our surveys will work with any cell phone that is able to send and receive text messages. We're about to also release support for calling the phone number and allowing the customer to take the survey using voice and pressing touch-tones on their dialpad.


How cost effective are the surveys?

Mobonics surveys cost less than the price of a first class postage stamp, starting at $0.40 per survey in small quantities. If you are going to purchase hundreds of surveys the prices falls to be much lower. In addition, unlike bulk mailing, you only pay for the surveys that are actually taken by your customers.


Can I contact my customers via text after they have taken the survey?

With our Mobonics Premium Service you are able to contact individual survey respondents, and also send out bulk marketing messages. We provide all customers a method to opt-out of these messages.
